San Vincenzo is a town with about 7000 inhabitants in the province of Livorno. It is placed on the tyrrhenian coast (called Etruscan’s coast) at the beginning of the maremma scrub.
San Vincenzo is a famous touristic seaside resort. Principessa street, on the south side, runs along the natural park of Rimigliano for about seven kms, up to Baratti’s gulf from where one can see the wonderful Populonia and its special etruscan necropolis. Rimigliano park founded in 1973 extends along a beach with fine sand surrounded by a blooming pinewood.
The charming hinteland, as well as being rich in history, is the place of production of excellent wines and olive oil. These products can be easily purchased directly in the many farms in the area.
Therefore San Vincenzo and its hinterland give the possibility to match sea with food and wine, history, culture and natural beauty. The tourist port of San Vincenzo, recently opened, aims at being a commercial point and a center of social life. It is located right in the heart of the Tuscan town and due to its strategic position is an ideal starting point to reach the beautiful islands such as Elba, Capraia and Corsica which are just a few miles far.

All apartments have terrace or porch in front of the sea and are well-furnished and equipped with private parking, air conditionig dishwasher, TV, safe, beach facilities. Pets are welcome and credit cards accepted. Our guests have also at their disposal a common terrace to use as solarium.
